Who We Share Information With
We share your information with apartment communities in your Texas metro when you have confirmed interest in that community. We may also share information with the referring professional or organization when you were introduced through a case manager, PHA, or non-profit partner. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site (analytics, form processing, email delivery) and when required by law.
Fair Housing
We follow the federal Fair Housing Act and Texas fair-housing rules. We do not screen or match on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class. We only screen against community-published income, household, and screening criteria.
Your Choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "STOP" to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email. Opting out will not stop essential communication about an active application.
Data Retention
We keep your intake information as long as you are actively searching, and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up, compliance, and record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service is 100% secure, but we take security seriously and continuously improve our practices.
Children
Our service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
