Why Houston Is Faster (Sometimes)
Because inventory is huge, we can often find an open, qualifying community within a few days of intake. Even properties with waitlists sometimes have a same-week opening because a household above them declined.
The tradeoff is that voucher acceptance and quality of management vary widely. Local knowledge is what filters the noise.
